The owner went the extra mile and completely explained the details of the water heater install. The failed water heater was covered by Rinnai's warranty and Chambers install price came in over 1k less than the other estimates. The install took about two hours the installer was very professional and took time to explain the features of the new unit. Overall the experience was very relaxed and straight forward. The staff was very nice and helpful and everything went perfectly. We believe we have found our new lifetime plumbers.

An actual person answered the phone right away and not a recording to leave a message. Response time was fast. Couldn't have asked for better. Excellent service!!

Our serviceperson was Patrick. He was great! He was scheduled to arrive at 9 am and was right on time. We have never had a tankless water heater before but it came with the house, so I had a lot of questions. He had to adjust two of the settings that were not set correctly by the builder, explained exactly how the system works, showed the location of each filter, flushed the system, cleaned the air filter, replaced a water filter and installed an exhaust screen that should have been installed by our home builder but was missing. (It's a code requirement)

Nick needs a raise, don't know what he makes, but he is a wonderful young man & very proffesional person. He done a wonderful job for us ....we are very happy. I have already passed the word in our area about your service.
